Originally from Oregon, Molly studied Fashion and Business Administration at OSU. Shortly after graduating, she entered the world of real estate.

Selling residential real estate and winning awards as a top salesperson for new home developments in Sacramento, she then became a Broker in Kansas and represented custom home builders in a new golf course community. Supporting her husband's corporate career, she then moved to Dallas, San Francisco, London, and Dubai. Her title was Household CEO while moving and raising two daughters.
